MINT ICED CHOCOLATE
1 portion in K-fee® Latte Macchiato glass Temperature: cold Properties: sweet, refreshing
- 2 capsules (150 ml) Chocolatte (100 ml cold and 50 ml hot)
- 5 chocolate mint tablets
- 1 scoop of chocolate or peppermint ice cream
- Fresh mint leaves and whipped cream
- Run Chocolatte through machine and allow 100 ml of it to cool.
- Dissolve mint tablets in the remaining 50 ml and add it to the 100 ml of cool chocolate. Cool.
- Add peppermint/chocolate ice cream. Do not stir.
- Whip cream and garnish with syrup and tablets.
