MINT ICED CHOCOLATE

1 portion in K-fee® Latte Macchiato glass       Temperature: cold       Properties: sweet, refreshing

Ingredients:​

  • 2 capsules (150 ml) Chocolatte (100 ml cold and 50 ml hot)
  • 5 chocolate mint tablets
  • 1 scoop of chocolate or peppermint ice cream
  • Fresh mint leaves and whipped cream

Preparation:​

  1. Run Chocolatte through machine and allow 100 ml of it to cool.
  2. Dissolve mint tablets in the remaining 50 ml and add it to the 100 ml of cool chocolate. Cool.
  3. Add peppermint/chocolate ice cream. Do not stir.
  4. Whip cream and garnish with syrup and tablets.
