RASPBERRY ESPRESSO SHAKE
1 portion: Temperature: cold Properties: sweet, fruity Materials: blender
- 1 capsule (approx. 50 ml) ESPRESTO Decaffeinato
- Approx. 100 ml cold milk
- Approx. 10 medium-sized raspberries and 2 tbsps. syrup
- Whipped cream and syrup as decorations
- Meringue pieces (small)
- Mix the raspberries together with milk and syrup in the blender to form a homogeneous mass.
- Add espresso to the mix and cool.
- Top the shake with whipped cream to taste. Decorate with raspberry syrup and meringue pieces.
