Light, floral, slightly sweet and with a subtle acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, its elegant bouquet is rounded off by notes of blackcurrant. And as our drum roasting is so gentle, every facet of its flavour is impressively brought to life.
Rwanda – Pays de Mille Collins – the land of a thousand hills is known for its excellent arabica beans. The grassy primeval landscape with its endless mountain ranges is perfect for growing coffee. These special arabica beans, with their soft, mild character and full body, are able come into their own at altitudes between 1,450 and 1,650 m.
